I was diagnosed in 2006 with the rare disease Pulmonary Hypertension. I have created this site to build awareness of this disease in hope for a faster track for a cure. My goal is to provide information that is useful for Pher’s about the disease, assistance programs, fundraising, advocacy, interesting articles, etc.
